• Upload designs for printing
• Place orders for individual or bulk quantities
• Manage orders and track shipments
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of designs and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to use your content solely for fulfilling orders.
Our Content: All Melangebox Creator branding, logos, and platform content are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:
• Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Contains illegal, offensive, or harmful material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Upload infringing or prohibited content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the operation of our platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Resell our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access our platform
• Harass or harm other users
6. Orders & Payments
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change without notice. Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment: Payment is required before order processing. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallet payments.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Custom products are non-refundable except for defects.
Minimum Order Quantity: Bulk orders require minimum quantities as specified for each product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Melangebox Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
